At VOLCA, we are committed to providing quality, problem-solving and trendy products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition. 

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Returns requested after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Used products are strictly not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products

• Used items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, VOLCA will cover the return shipping cost and provide either:

A replacement, or A refund (decided on a case-by-case basis)

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VOLCA is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

After 6 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
